Iran will apply its third stage of commitment reductions and will make further breaches of nuclear deal, its foreign minister Javad Zarif said on Saturday, says after he was sanctioned by US.

“The third step in reducing commitments to the deal (the nuclear deal) will be implemented in the current situation,” said Zarif, according to Iranian parliamentary news agency Icana.

He explained that Iran will only partially commit itself to the 2015 nuclear deal, as it is unhappy with the functions of other participant countries.

“We have said that if the deal is not completely implemented by others then we will also implement it in the same incomplete manner,” Zarif added.

Earlier, Iranian officials announced that Tehran will revive its activities in Arak heavy water nuclear reactor.

An exclusive video received by Avatoday on Saturday showed Iran is dispatching missile and military equipment around Arak reactor.
