Border Guard Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran stationed at the border point of Hang-e Zhaleh in Baneh city, after detaining two Kolbars, severely tortured them and then released them, shot them from behind with a shotgun.


Based on the report received by Avatody, on Sunday, February 18, 2024, Jalal Rahmani from Bukan and Ako (unknown last name) were arrested by the Iranian border guards at the of Hang-e Zhaleh, border zone on charges of illegal border crossing.


The border guard forces tortured the two Kolbars and then told them that they are free and can leave. As they exit the base, the soldiers shoot the two Kolbars from behind with shotguns.


According to the statements of the witnesses who brought these two Kolbars to the hospital half alive, their hands, noses and heads were badly damaged and their bodies were full of bullets.
