The Kurdistan Region's Counter-Terrorism Directorate announced that around noon on Thursday, June 11, 2026, a grain storage facility in the Qushtapa district of Erbil Province was targeted in an attack using two explosive-laden drones of the "Hadid 110" type.
As a result of the attack, the warehouse sustained significant material damage, but no casualties were reported.
The Kurdistan Region's Counter-Terrorism Directorate condemned the attack and stressed that such terrorist acts targeting civilian sites and non-military objectives are strongly condemned.
At the same time, the President of the United States announced that, since the negotiations had reached the highest level of leadership in the Iranian regime and had been confirmed, he was cancelling the attacks that had been planned for Thursday evening.
